PENGARUH MOBILISASI PROGRESIF LEVEL 1 TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH DAN SATURASI OKSIGEN PASIEN DENGAN PENURUNAN KESADARAN

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Nilai saturasi oksigen pasien yang mengalami penurunan kesadaran terutama pada stroke dan cidera kepala akan mempengaruhi tekanan darah menjadi tidak stabil. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level 1 terhadap tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen pasien dengan penurunan kesadaran di ruang ICU Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah Pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest without control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang mengalami penurunan kesadaran dengan tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen tidak stabil di ruang ICU dengan jumlah sampel 16 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 April 2019 sampai 02 Mei 2019. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap tekanan darah sistole (p value < 0,001); Terdapat pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap tekanan darah diastole (p value < 0,001); Terdapat pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap saturasi oksigen (p value < 0,001). Kesimpulan: Mobilisasi progresif level I dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen pasien dengan penurunan kesadaran. Sehingga mobilisasi progresif level I dapat dijadikan salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen pasien dengan penurunan kesadaran yang mudah dan aman.
