Abstract

Dalam penyusunan sebuah karya ilmiah membutuhkan referensi sebagai sumber acuan yang dapat memperkuat penelitian. Sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada penulis, wajib bagi kami untuk memasukkan nama penulis dalam kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Perangkat lunak aplikasi manajemen referensi yang dapat membantu mengutip secara otomatis dalam daftar pustaka dan dapat mengelola referensi adalah Zotero 5.0.66 dan Endnote X9. Zotero 5.0.66 memiliki kapasitas penyimpanan 300MB. Zotero 5.0.66  memiliki fitur tambahan yang memudahkan pengguna untuk menyimpan halaman web sebagai referensi. Termasuk fitur jejaring sosial dalam bentuk diskusi kelompok yang berfungsi sebagai media pertukaran informasi dalam penggunaan Zotero. Sedangkan EndNote X9 aplikasi berbayar yang memiliki kapasitas penyimpanan tidak terbatas. Ini memiliki lebih dari 7.000 gaya kutipan yang tersedia dan dapat mengimpor film, peta, media sosial, episode di televisi, halaman web, database online, dan banyak lagi. EndNote X9 juga dapat membantu pengguna untuk mencari jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian yang sedang dilakukan.
