Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

General rule :

1. Articles received by editors may be the result of research or study of Library Science, Information and Communication which have not and will not be published in other print media.

2. The maximum article length is fifteen pages in two-column format with A4 paper size. Articles are written within 1 space. The font type used is Calibri (size 11).

3. Article of research contains: title, author name, abstract, introduction, material, research method, research result, discussion, conclusion, and bibliography

4. The conceptual article contains: title, author's name, abstract, introduction, analysis (peelings, assumptions, comparisons), conclusions and bibliography.

5. The title of the article should be specific and as short as possible but clear, written entirely with capital letters, bold, and center text.

6. Abstract must speak Indonesian and English contains all the core problems, how to solve it, and the results obtained, maximum 250 words, typed one space (font size 10). Strongly recommended abstract length can be loaded in 1 page.

7. The list of references and quotes is presented following the "APA 6th Edition".
