Author Guidelines

Address all correspondences and inquiries to the Chief Editor. The author is asked to provide manuscripts as electronic files. With electronic manuscripts formatting requirements are few: a) Use MS Word, single-spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman; b) Use English U.S. as the language; c) Indent or space between all paragraphs; d) Avoid text footnotes; they should be incorporated into the text. The manuscript should be arranged in the following order:

 

TITLE: must be brief, informative and indicates the main point(s) of the paper. (IJHS: 5-15 words)

AUTHORS NAME: must be complete but without any title, accompanied by authors corresponding address, institution address, and e-mail address.

ABSTRACT: should not be more than 200 words and is constructed in 1 paragraph which includes a brief description of the paper and a summary of the key conclusions (written in two languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English)

 

KEYWORD(S): should be provided below the abstract to help with the electronic search (3-5 words).

 

INTRODUCTION: This part gives details of the research problem(s), problem-solving plan and idea, research objective(s), and a summary of theoretical review composed with or without title or sub-title. 

 

THE METHODS: This section explains how research is carried out, research design, data collecting technique(s), instrument development, and data analysis technique(s). This section also needs to be explained if there are modified standard methods part explains how the research is conducted, research design, d),

 

RESULT AND DISCUSSION: contains findings based on the analysis and elaboration of these findings

 

CONCLUSION: discuss the final conclusions of the research results and their implications

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Acknowledgments should be limited to collegial and financial assistance. Acknowledgments are not meant to recognize personal or manuscript production support.

 

REFERENCES :

The main libraries used as references are international journals, national journals, and proceedings, but references are also possible from the most recent book (published in the last 10 years). It is expected that the authors refer to at least one journal that has been published in Indonesian Journal for Health Sciences if there is a corresponding topic. The library must be searchable online so reviewers and readers can access it. MUST write a library using the Mendeley reference manager tool in the IEEE style.

MATHEMATICS: Use italic for variables, bold for vector and matrices, the script for transforms, and san serif for tensors. Use superscripts and subscripts in a superior or inferior position; do not use raised and lowered fonts.

 

TABLES: Every table must have a title, and all columns must have headings. Column headings must be arranged so that their relation to the data is clear and refer to the column below. Footnotes should be indicated by superscript, lowercase letters. Each table must be cited in the text.

 

FIGURES: Cite each figure in numerical orders in text. Cleary mark orientation on the figure, if questionable. Indicate latitude and longitude on maps. Color figures, foldouts, pocket maps, etc., can be accommodated, but the costs of color for publishing these special features must be borne by the author.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

ETIKA PUBLIKASI DAN PERNYATAAN PRIVASI

Tugas Penulis

Standar Pelaporan:
Penulis laporan penelitian asli harus menyajikan laporan yang akurat tentang pekerjaan yang dilakukan serta diskusi objektif tentang signifikansinya. Data yang mendasari harus diwakili secara akurat di koran. Sebuah makalah harus berisi detail dan referensi yang cukup untuk memungkinkan orang lain mereplikasi karya tersebut. Pernyataan palsu atau sengaja tidak akurat merupakan perilaku yang tidak etis dan tidak dapat diterima.

Akses dan Retensi Data:
Penulis diminta untuk memberikan data mentah sehubungan dengan makalah untuk tinjauan editorial, dan harus siap untuk menyediakan akses publik ke data tersebut (konsisten dengan Pernyataan ALPSP-STM tentang Data dan Basis Data), jika dapat dilakukan, dan harus dalam keadaan apa pun bersiaplah untuk menyimpan data tersebut untuk waktu yang wajar setelah publikasi.

Orisinalitas dan Plagiaris: Para penulis harus memastikan bahwa mereka telah menulis karya asli seluruhnya, dan jika penulis telah menggunakan karya dan / atau kata-kata orang lain bahwa ini telah dikutip atau dikutip dengan tepat.

Publikasi Berganda, Redundan, atau Bersamaan:
Seorang penulis tidak boleh secara umum menerbitkan naskah yang pada dasarnya menggambarkan penelitian yang sama di lebih dari satu jurnal atau publikasi utama. Menyerahkan naskah yang sama ke lebih dari satu jurnal secara bersamaan merupakan perilaku penerbitan yang tidak etis dan tidak dapat diterima.

Pengakuan Sumber:
Pengakuan yang benar atas karya orang lain harus selalu diberikan. Penulis harus mengutip publikasi yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan sifat dari karya yang dilaporkan.

Karangan:
Kepenulisan harus dibatasi pada mereka yang telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap konsepsi, desain, pelaksanaan, atau interpretasi penelitian yang dilaporkan. Semua yang telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan harus terdaftar sebagai rekan penulis. Di mana ada orang lain yang telah berpartisipasi dalam aspek substantif tertentu dari proyek penelitian, mereka harus diakui atau terdaftar sebagai kontributor. Penulis yang sesuai harus memastikan bahwa semua penulis bersama yang sesuai dan tidak ada penulis bersama yang tidak pantas dimasukkan di atas kertas, dan bahwa semua penulis bersama telah melihat dan menyetujui versi final dari makalah tersebut dan telah menyetujui pengajuannya untuk publikasi.

Pengungkapan dan Konflik Kepentingan:
Semua penulis harus mengungkapkan dalam manuskrip mereka segala konflik kepentingan finansial atau substantif lainnya yang mungkin ditafsirkan untuk memengaruhi hasil atau interpretasi naskah mereka. Semua sumber dukungan keuangan untuk proyek harus diungkapkan.

Kesalahan mendasar dalam karya yang diterbitkan:
Ketika seorang penulis menemukan kesalahan atau ketidakakuratan yang signifikan dalam karyanya yang diterbitkan sendiri, adalah kewajiban penulis untuk segera memberi tahu editor jurnal atau penerbit dan bekerja sama dengan editor untuk menarik kembali atau memperbaiki kertas.

Bahaya dan Subjek Manusia atau Hewan:
Jika pekerjaan melibatkan bahan kimia, prosedur atau peralatan yang memiliki bahaya yang tidak biasa yang melekat dalam penggunaannya, penulis harus secara jelas mengidentifikasi ini dalam naskah.
Tugas Editor

Adil:
Editor setiap saat mengevaluasi naskah untuk konten intelektual mereka tanpa memperhatikan ras, jenis kelamin, orientasi seksual, kepercayaan agama, asal etnis, kewarganegaraan, atau filsafat politik dari penulis.

Kerahasiaan:
Editor dan staf editorial mana pun tidak boleh mengungkapkan informasi apa pun tentang naskah yang dikirimkan kepada siapa pun selain penulis yang sesuai, pengulas, pengulas potensial, penasihat editorial lain, dan penerbit, yang sesuai.

Pengungkapan dan Konflik Kepentingan:
Materi yang tidak dipublikasikan yang diungkapkan dalam naskah yang dikirimkan tidak boleh digunakan dalam penelitian editor sendiri tanpa persetujuan tertulis dari penulis.

Keputusan Publikasi:
Jurnal dewan editor bertanggung jawab untuk memutuskan artikel mana yang diserahkan ke jurnal yang harus diterbitkan. Validasi karya yang dipertanyakan dan pentingnya bagi peneliti dan pembaca harus selalu mendorong keputusan tersebut. Para editor dapat dipandu oleh kebijakan dewan editorial jurnal dan dibatasi oleh persyaratan hukum yang akan berlaku terkait pencemaran nama baik, pelanggaran hak cipta, dan plagiarisme. Para editor dapat berunding dengan editor atau pengulas lain dalam membuat keputusan ini.

Ulasan dari Manuskrip:
Editor harus memastikan bahwa setiap naskah pada awalnya dievaluasi oleh editor untuk orisinalitas. Editor harus mengatur dan menggunakan peer review secara adil dan bijaksana. Editor harus menjelaskan proses peer review mereka dalam informasi untuk penulis dan juga menunjukkan bagian jurnal mana yang ditinjau oleh rekan kerja. Editor harus menggunakan peer reviewer yang tepat untuk makalah yang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi dengan memilih orang-orang dengan keahlian yang memadai dan menghindari mereka yang memiliki konflik kepentingan.

Kontribusi terhadap Keputusan Editorial:
Peer review membantu editor dalam membuat keputusan editorial dan melalui komunikasi editorial dengan penulis juga dapat membantu penulis dalam meningkatkan keilmuannya.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
