Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) “Margo Mulyo” di Desa Ngindeng Kecamatan Sawoo Kabupaten Ponorogo
Ngindeng Village is a village located in sawoo Sub-distric, Ponorogo Regency, with an area of 44,452 Ha. Ngindeng Village is not an underdeveloped village, Ngindeng Village has started to develop. With development of the village of Ngindeng, it has estabilished BUMDes to help revive, develop exiting opportunities so that it can increase the village’s original income, can prosper the community and help the community’s economy. This BUMDes was founded in 2016 named “Margo Mulyo”. Management is an activity of utilizing and controlling all resources required to achieve certain objectives. BUMDes are elements and instruments that driving the economy of villager’s. Therefore, this study describes things that are explained about how did the formation of the BUMDes begin, BUMDes management strategies and obstacles encountered in managing BUMDes. Research on managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), using descriptive qualitative methods, namely the type of research that aims to provide a systematic picture, factual and accurate data available at the location. In the process of forming this “Margo Mulyo” BUMDes, BUMDes was established on 18 April 2016 trough a village meeting because BUMDes by the village. Its management strategy looks at the opportunities that exist, but it does not clash with the community and its constraints in terms of capital, tourism development and public awareness.
