Pengaruh Terapi Social Skills Training (SST) dan Terapi Suportif terhadap Keterampilan Sosialisasi pada Klien Skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi

Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan mental yang ditandai dengan gangguan pemikiran yang mendalam, mempengaruhi bahasa, persepsi, dan rasa diri. Klien Isolasi sosial memiliki jaringan social yang kecil, sehingga klien membutuhkan support system yang mendukung terbentuknya jarningan social yang kondusif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi Social Skills Training (SST) dan Terapi Suportif terhadap Keterampilan Sosialisasi pada Klien Skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental pre-post with control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 76 responden yaitu 38 orang kelompok intervensi dan 38 orang kelompok kontrol yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan tidak bermakna setelah dilakukan terapi SST dan terapi suportif (p>0.05) Peningkatan kemampuan sosialisasi lebih tinggi pada kelompok yang mendapat terapi SST dan suportif dibandingkan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan terapi. Disarankan perawat spesialis jiwa dan psikiater hendaknya melakukan kolaborasi pelaksanaan SST dan Terapi Suportif pada klien skizofrenia.
