APENDISITIS AKUT PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19: SEBUAH LAPORAN KASUS

Appendisitis adalah peradangan yang terjadi pada appendix vermicularis, dan merupakan penyebab abdomen akut yang paling sering pada anak-anak maupun dewasa. Khususnya pada masa pandemi COVID-19 yang memiliki prosedur khusus dalam melaksanakan tindakan operatif. Penulis bertujuan melaporkan kasus apendisitis akut pada dewasa muda selama masa Pandemi COVID-19. Laporan kasus kami adalah laki-laki berumur 28 tahun, datang ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat RS Kasih Ibu Kedonganan dengan keluhan utama nyeri pada perut kanan bawah selama 4 hari disertai demam dan dengan kesulitan BAB. Temuan pemeriksaan fisik diperoleh tanda vital dalam batas normal, namun suhu tubuh 38,1oC, diperoleh nyeri tekan pada regio inguinal dextra serta McBurney sign (+), Rovsing sign (-), Abdurator sign (-), Psoas Sign (+). Pemeriksan penunjang darah lengkap diperleh leukositosis dan anemia ringan, serta dari pemeriksaan usg abdomen diperoleh kesan apendisitis akut. Berdasarkan pada Skor Alvarado diperoleh 7 dan skor Ripasa yaitu 9,5 yang berarti probable appendicitis acute. Tatalaksana yang awal antinyeri dan antibiotik dilanjutkan dengan tatatlaksana definitif yaitu apendektomi. Setelah tatalaksana tersebut dilakukan kontrol dengan kondisi akhir pasien baik dan tanpa keluhan
