HUBUNGAN SUPPORT SYSTEM KELUARGA DENGAN DEPRESI PADA PASIEN PASKA STROKE ISKEMIK

Abstract

Keluarga saling berhubungan dan saling ketergantungan dalam memberikan dukungan informasi, penilaian, instrumental dan emosional. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan support system keluarga dengan depresi pada pasien paskastroke iskemik. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah dekriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total dengan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian dukungan emosional didapatkan hasil uji statistik yang signifikan yaitu p value = 0,000 < É‘ = 0,05 dengan nilai r = 0,763 (sangat kuat), hasil penelitian dukungan instrumental keluarga dengan depresi pasien paska stroke didapatkan hasil uji statistik yang signifikan yaitu p value = 0,000 < É‘ = 0,05 dengan nilai r = 0,617 (kuat), hasil penelitian dukungan informasi didapatkan hasil uji statistik yang signifikan yaitu p value = 0,008 < É‘ = 0,05. dengan nilai r = 0,454 (sedang), hasil penelitian dukungan penilaian didapatkan hasil uji statistik yang signifikan yaitu p value = 0,026 < É‘ = 0,05 dengan nilai r = 0,387 (sedang). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan depresi pada pasien paska stroke iskemik.
