Desain Sistem Kerja yang Berpusat pada Manusia Transisi Ke Industri 4.0

Saat ini transisi Industri 4.0 semakin meningkat untuk menerapan perubahan dalam pekerjaan manusia dan kerja organisasi, sehingga menciptakan tantangan dan peluang baru. Untuk memanfaatkan dan menghadapi tantangan ini, perlu adanya pemahaman tentang interaksi dan penerapan rancangan sistem kerja yang berpusat pada manusia terhadap teknologi baru. Dalam artikel ini, menyajikan temuan tinjauan pustaka tentang gambaran sistem kerja yang berpusat pada manusia dalam menghadapi transisi Industri 4.0 .
