Abstrak

Di era abad-21 saat ini membawa perubahan yang sangat pesat  dan dampak signifikan terhadap seluruh aspek, di antaranya dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya pembelajaran. Komponen dan keterampilan yang ada di abad-21 adalah berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah, kreatif dan inovasi, komunikasi dan kolaborasi, serta  kecakapan  ICT (Information Media and Technology skills). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara konseptual gambaran umum pembelajaran PKn berbasis kecakapan abad-21 dengan model ICT untuk membangun kecakapan literasi digital siswa  dalam membentuk aspek dan kompetensi warga negara warga negara yang dibutuhkan di abad-21. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan kajian dan penafsiran melalui studi literatur. Dengan pertimbangan bahwa pendidikan kewarganegaraan merupakan mata pelajaran dan mata kuliah wajib yang di ajarkan di semua sekolah, jurusan pada Pendidikan Tinggi oleh sebab itu perlunya memasukkan kecakapan ICT dalam rancangan dan desain model pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan
