Government programs in the context of developing the quality of human resources include programs that regulate education, starting from the compulsory 9-year basic education program and 12-year study. however, in its implementation there are still many factors that hinder the running of this program. Internal factors which include low interest in learning and lack of motivation or awareness from parents, while external factors are the influence of the community environment and family economic factors. It is from this background that the village government of Sidoharjo has a strategy of trying to collaborate by forming activities in the form of socialization of the Come School Movement which is followed by schools in Sidoharjo village. He hopes that later this research can describe the form of a strategy that has been planned between the village government and school agencies that also collaborate with community leaders and youth organizations as organizers of the activity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that aims to determine how effective this movement is as a form of socialization. Although the goal has not been fully achieved, it is hoped that this movement has received good responses from various parties.
