Inovasi Pemerintah Kota Kendari (Studi Kasus Aplikasi Pemerintah Kota Kendari)

Abstract

The times are growing and the needs of society are increasing because of the demands to support kemadahan in daily activities or activities. In carrying out government activities, for example, as an executor of the bureaucracy, the government carries out government activities that cover many aspects of life. In a country that adopts a decentralized government system, Indonesia provides opportunities for autonomous regions to manage their own households as best as possible. Currently the buzz about e-government, almost all regions in Indonesia are competing in realizing e-government with a variety of innovations to make it easier to run government to make it easier for people to get services. In the city of Kendari, for example, people can get maximum service, then the Kendari City Government provides various applications and websites that can be used by the public in order to get maximum public service. From the Kendari City Government, making an application or website that can be reached by the Kendari community to get public services easily with just a device. The purpose of this research is to find out how this Kendari government innovation can benefit society. The research method we use is observation from qualitative data taken from the application (LAIKA, JARI, COVID Heroes) create an application or website that can be reached by the Kendari community to get public services easily with only a capital device.
