Abstract

Public service is the main task of the government in carrying out its service to the community, as a measure of the success of administrative and correspondence services, it should be done quickly and satisfactorily so that the public gives value for their satisfaction. There are several obstacles in its implementation so that it cannot be maximally implemented such as poor road conditions, of course, that is also one of the obstacles for the community to take care of administration at the village office. Seeing that all the media is needed to bridge the community in finding village information sources or taking care of administration. In this case, web-based media is needed to obtain information, make mail orders with the sms gateway feature to find out the status of the letter ordered. Tests are carried out at the unit level and validation, and there is also compatibility testing with 100% valid test results.
