Apakah Persepsi Kesetaraan Gender dan Motivasi Berprestasi dapat Meningkatkan Perencanaan Karir dan Kinerja Pegawai?

Perencanan karir diharapkan mampu menjadi stimulus dalam diri seseorang untuk termotivasi dalam bekerja dan berprestasi. Karir akan menjadi dorongan bagi pegawai selain bagi pelaksanaan tugas dari organisasi, namun bagi individu pegawai akan menjadi pencapaian yang akan meningkatkan peran dan posisinya dalam organisasi. Riset ini ditujukan untuk menguji apakah persepsi kesetaraan gender dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan karir dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Bondowoso yang berjenis kelamin perempuan sejumlah 3500 orang (data tahun 2022). Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan non-probability sampling dan jumlah sampel mengacu pada Rumus Slovin sebanyak 97 orang. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square/SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesetaraan gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir dan kinerja. Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir dan kinerja. Perencanaan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
