Pengaruh Disiplin dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Total Quality Management (TQM) sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Kasus Bank BCA Kantor Cabang Bogor)

Pencapaian tujuan perusahaan sering didapat melalui disiplin kerja yang tinggi, beban kerja yang kondusif serta total quality management (TQM) yang implementatif. Ketiga point penting ini menjadi tolok ukur dalam peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bank BCA Kantor Cabang Bogor dengan 98 orang responden, dan menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan disiplin kerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memberi efek positif bagi kinerja karyawan dengan TQM sebagai mediasi. Beban kerja secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, namun secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi TQM mampu memberi pengaruh positif. TQM sendiri terbukti mampu memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
