Abstract


This study aimed to analyze the influence of independent variables group consisting of organizational climate and work environment partially and simultaneously the dependent variable group consisting of effectiveness of employee performance and quality of service in the office of the Regional Development Planning Board Ngawi Regency . Method of sampling using proportional stratified random sampling  number of 45 samples. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire with 51 questions a number of items . Data analysis technique using canonical analysis . The results of the study showed that the organizational climate and work environment partially and simultaneously significantly influence the effectiveness of employee performance and quality of service in the office of the Regional Development Planning Board Ngawi Regency.
